Cox Cable Communications remote (URC 7820b01-09541) with Samsung

The Cox URC-7820B is not the one shown in the picture.Guess that's the Samsung LCD TV.

Here is the Manual for the 7820B, which is the Learning version of the 7820. Learning means if the TV codes for Samsung in the Manual do not work, then you can Learn them from the Samsung Remote by pointing their IR light(LEDs) at each other and follow the Learn the instructions in Manual:

Yes. I found the code. To operate Samsung HT-Z 310 with a remote control of Samsung TV, You have to turn off DvD, and then select Dvd on the remote(press the dvd button), press SET on YOU
remote control, input the CODE(020). For different Samsung dvd. you can try.codes from 000-to 080. The DVD button must blep three times. After that swich on Dvd. Enjoy....

On TV remote press Mode button or TV button. Then select HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 depending on where the cable is inserted in the TV. Now press the SET button & enter the code. Try the following codes:
