Sounds like you have either send all calls (SAC) enabled or your station is call forwarded to voicemail.

Disabling send all calls or call forward (as applicable) will solve the problem.

With the handset on the hook press the conf button (the one with three phones on it).

The phone should ring with your current ringtone. Each press of the conf button will advance to the next tone.

pick up the handset and put it down again to select the ringtone.

I think there are 8 to choose from.

You need to go into programming and move the 2 extensions in Manager.
Once moved in Manager, at each phone dial *36 to force the change.

To cancel Call Forwarding: Press the Menu button and then the softkey below CFrwd (if available on your display) while on-hook.
or, Press Call Fwd while on-hook.
or, Dial the Call Forward Cancel code #2 while off-hook.

From the phone dial #66xxx (where xxx is the extension) to turn off that phone.
Then dial *66xxx (with the correct extension) to turn on that phone.

You activated that feature yourself by hitting *3 you may want to use this when you go on vation so it goes directly to VM. #3 will deactivate this feature.

Check message lamp extension for the station in communication manager
check Voice mail system is sending the message waiting indicator

if all phones also check any trunks to the voicemail system

well.. we use a definity and i use site administration and on the station account its self i have a COR setup to restrict the phone from dialing out. if you want help and have the same system let me know.

You have a Definity system, unfortunately, these are very high end systems, and you will need to contact your system administrator as it needs to be changed via the computer that runs your system.
