Open up the case and remove any add in cards and memory modules. Try to start up by adding these back one at a time until the unit stops booting normally. The light combination is not one recognised in the user manual so I am guessing you have a non-descript fault with one of your components. Be careful when you open the case as to not disturb the ribbon to the motherboard which controls the power, I have had a very long experience trying to get one of these reconnected!

Most ways can change your Windows password. The Ophcrack Windows password cracker and Offline NT Password & Registry Editor are free reset program. They can delete your former password then let you create a new one. Or you can use Anmosoft Windows Password Reset. It is easy to use. And you can change your password in minutes.

To "Wipe your memory" I have to assume you mean your hard drive. You will need a disc that has a Format function on it. It is easiest to use a Windows disc to do this. Just put the disc in the cd/dvd drive and wait for the format request to come up. If you just want to remove all of your personal data, The easiest way is to create a new "Administrator" account in the control panel under "User Accounts" then log into that account and delete your user account. This will remove your personal data.

That is way off buddy should take no more than 1 hour to install and you should be able to boot up into windows in 30 seconds or less. I suggest you first run a virus checker. You probably have a virus that is why it is taking so long. If their are too many virus;s then wipe all the data off your hard drive and reinstall. That will get rid of the virus. Also run disk cleanup and disk defrag that are in the accessories/system tools. Good luck, let me know if you have any questions.
