Sounds like defrost problem. Could be fan motor, Defrost timer,or defrost heater. Try turning off for 8hr to melt ice then turn back on.If it runs and maintains temp for 24hr check and repair defrost Problem.

The tray is located inside the toe panel at the bottom. Remove the tray carefully for cleaning as it will be full of disgusting effluent.

Its probably the heater element. The Thermal cutout should be closed circuit. The bimetal can be open or closed depending on temperature. I am not familiar with these fridges. You will need to check the wiring diagram. Some open when they get warm, to allow a neutral path some close to complete the electrical circuit. Check for continuity of the bimetal when its been in the freezer overnight, then remove it and check if it goes open when warm (Or vice versa) If yours is an electronic defrost, it could be the board.

That is a question you should ask the former owner. Was it working properly when you bought it.Maybe they cannot even give you an answer.

main point of control is the thermostat the wire has to go somewhere disconnect fridge from power source have a closer look where wire has come off.Fridge is freezing because its running continuously compressor is not turing off or ramping down if inverter controled.

Hi,
It's the thermostat that's failed.
You'll need to buy a replacement unit, then fit it into the fridge.
If you can do this yourself, by all means get on with it.
If you can't do this yourself, you'll need to pay an engineer to do this for you,
or let everything freeze.?
best of luck

Open the door and at the bottom is a plastic base grille. That needs to be removed and the coils are behind it.
