I can't delete a print
Which OS type do you have? For Windows, you can stop and restart the spooler. One way to do this is from the command prompt. (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt) For Windows 7 and Vista, right click on Command Prompt in the list and choose Run As Administrator; it won't work otherwise. You can tell the difference easily. The UAC prompt ("Do you want to allow this program to make changes") will come up when you run as administrator and the prompts will be different. As Administrator the prompt will be C:\Windows\System32>; without that it will be C:\Users\ (with your user name in the place of the placeholder.
Then at the first prompt, type "net stop spooler" without the quotes followed by enter. Press Y if you get a prompt about turning off a Fax service. Then type "net start spooler" at the next prompt, again without the quotes and followed by enter. Restart the computer after a third prompt is shown. Login and check the spooler. (If you do not do both steps, plan on a long break before the spooler clears.)
I hope this helps.

I cannot instal the driver
Well, did you know about the 'Windows 7 secret administrator account' ?
You have to enable it in order to do so much in Windows 7. Try Googling 'Windows 7 secret administrator account' and have a read, then maybe it'll help you install your driver successfully.

I have a Lexmark all
You have to scan the text into an Optical Character Recognition program first, save recognised text into a format that your word processor can handle and then you can edit it. OCR packages include Ominpage, Text Bridge, Fine Reader and many more. There should have been a basic OCR package on your setup disc that you got with your Lexmark. You may even be able to download one off the net, check Twucows.

I am trying to set
I suggest you use the driver from the Lexmark website. You may need to uninstall the existing Lexmark X1270 driver first before installing the new one (instructions on how to uninstall the Lexmark software available at http://bit.ly/8ZH59T
). Then, check if your Vista and Windows 7 are running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to the Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. Download the compatible driver for your operating system:
Thank you for choosing Lexmark.

Instal ocr on my computer
The Lexmark OCR scan software is available in the installation disk only. Insert the disk in your computer to install the software. You can also manually install it. Insert the disk in your computer > open My Computer/ Computer> right click on the disk Drive for the Lexmark installer > Explore (XP)/ Open (Windows 7). Open the OCR folder and execute the Setup application. Just finish the installation.
If you don't have the disk or you lost it, feel free to contact Lexmark technical support. Thanks.
