Do you have internet access in you system, if not you cannot access to jetadmin, check internet permissions, I don't think so its printer side problem, take help from system administrator to solve this issue..

50.2 is a fuser warmup error.
If you have technical experience with printers, reseat the fuser.
Problem could be the fuser, the DC Controller or the power supply.
Have someone that works on printers take a look at it. If you haven't
done it before, you arn't going to be able to replace the DC Controller or power supply.

Check inside the MFP (manual feed tray) for a scrap or a whole sheet of paper.
There is one of three sensors that is sending a paper jam notice to the printer.

Printer/MFP in stand alone condition remove the JetDirect Card if equipped, the hard drive if equipped, fax card if equipped and any HP paper handling accessories. You might have a dislodged flag but your error is sort of cryptic. Is it the ADF feeder, the manual tray feeder? More details might enable me to answer your question better. Check all the flags in the paper paths to ensure that they move smoothly and are not stuck in one position.

According to HP service manuals, the error you described is in the category:

and more specific:

The pre-feed sensor, the top-of-page sensor, or the fuser-delivery

Those are the points where some paper pieces or even dust can be stuck.

Hope it helped,

If you are setting the trays for non-plain paper then you need to ensure that your print driver is set to match the paper types that are set on the printer. Otherwise the printer will always ask you to confirm which paper you want to print on.
