Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand you want to know how to make your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRS3R5EMB, stop beeping. Please try pressing the "On/Off" button on the Fresh Food Temp side of the control panel. If that does not work, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Good Morning Brett, thanks for your inquiry!

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator is flashing a "4" and you would like to know what that means. The "4" on your display means that there is a damper failure within your refrigerator and I would recommend checking the damper in the rear of the refrigerator to assure it is opening and closing. The damper is located in the back of your refrigerator. I would place your hand back there to assure it is blowing cold air into your refrigerator.
If the damper is not working it could be a potential issue with your damper, main control board, or wiring harness. I would then recommend performing a reset on your refrigerator. You can do that by unplugging the power cord for roughly ten minutes. If this does not help resolve your issue I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. Best of luck! -Matt

Replace water inlet valve; diaphragm leaking through. Use in-line filter prior to valve before replacing valve. You probably have heavy-water.

Test if you're getting power to the dispenser water-valve in back near bottom while depressing the dispenser activator on front. Should have 120 volts. If you have voltage, make sure water is on and screen is clean. If so, replace valve. If no power, bad dispenser activator. Make sure power getting to activator.

Hello, sounds like the o-ring for the housing that the filter goes into was damaged. You can get a replacement o-ring from your locale appliance parts wholesaler/dealer - OR if you have a really good locale "Hardware" store - remove the o-ring from the male part of the housing that stays in your fridge (pinch it between you fingers around the diameter and you should be able to get it out). They should be able to match it for you - If I recall it is a standard size. If you cannot find one right away you may be able to get it to stop leaking temporarily by getting some Sillicone O-Ring GREASE and applying it to the o-ring. This may stop the leak but I would still replace the oring when you can. Good Luck Dr. Know

most likely bad evaporator fan motor located behind the wall in the freezer, when you open the freezer door you should hear the fan blowing in the freezer unless it's in defrost,if you don't hear it check it in 45 minutes if still no fan it's bad.

It might be a food safe lubricant that needs to be cleaned out of the system yes clean the trays and anything else in that area also look in the manual under trouble shooting, if you have had the fridge piped in so the ice maker works auto there is a possibility of flux in the pipework but if you say the water is fine then a clean should cure any problem.

Hey friend, thanks for your post!

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator is not dispensing ice. I would check to make sure there is no buildup of ice on the inside of the freezer door to prevent any additional ice being dispensed. When you push on the dispenser lever do you hear anything inside of the ice bucket? If you do not hear noises when the dispenser is pushed I would check your ice bucket to assure that it is installed correctly.

If you continue to experience these problems I would suggest contacting a professional to come out and properly diagnose your appliance. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt
