If you have one of your red lights flashing or on all the time that will indicate where you need to look for your repair. Beater bar light will indicate a brush roll replacement and the bag light indicates a need to empty the bag or look for a clog somewhere in the air flow area of the hose or wand. These machines are designed to shut down if you keep trying to run them with a red light coming on.

Steamer Does Not Turn On
If the plug is blown, change the fuse and test another power socket in your house. Now, if the steamer does not turn on, but the light is illuminated, that means your steamer may be clogged with sediment and limescale. This is the reason why your system is malfunctioning.

Usha Stitch Magic is much better choice. It has much more stitch types that are good for towels and kitchen napkins. It is really sleek smooth and easy to operate. If your are passionate about stitching, it is worth the extra invesment. The best part of this machine is the interlocking stitch.
Hope this helps.

The green light does not affect the performance of your vacuum. There is a small magnet in the brush roll that makes the light glow to show you the brush is spinning properly. If your light worked before you took the vacuum in for service you can look at the brush roll to see if it has been installed properly. The magnet should line up to spin at the spot where the green light is. If the brush is not installed properly or the wrong brush roll is installed the magnet will not line up with the green light.
