Do you have an earlier copy that can be restored, with just a few more entries needed? Also look in the EasyInv folder for a file starting with ~ to see if you can salvage a working version of the file.

There could be several causes, but my first thought is a defective storage unit. I assume you backed up to an external drive? They usually don't last but a few years. If the corrupted data is on the same hard drive as the program, I would suggest checking your hard drive for errors.

This is an accounting application so it should have as the calendars an dates of service should be there as default.

I have had similar problems with an older version of MyInvoices, yet I first get a message saying, "Customer file is corrupted." I actually was surfing to see if anyone has had similar problems with the customer file. I have had to go to the extent of restoring things on another computer and then putting it back on my original computer. I have even, at times over the years, had to delete all of the files from the one computer in order to restore it from the other.

However, there is sometimes an easy fix to your problem: the program intermittently creates "Safe" versions of your file. These versions can be found in the "Safe" folder (which is located in the MyInvoices folder of the MySoftware folder under Program files). There are numerous "Safe" folder which are likely numbered. You can check the date and time that they were automatically created and select the most recent one. However, restoring it this way will cause you to lose any information that you inputted after this date/time. Hopefully you will have a very recent one and will be able to access your data. I TOOK THE FILE FROM ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT HAD THE SAME PROGRAM IN IT, JUST MAKING COPY-PASTE TO THE RIGHT FILE LOCATION WITH A FLASH MEMORY.

Which accounting package are you using? The Avanquest Computer Utilities doesn't have an accounting section to my knowledge. If you have Quickbooks, go to Banking (in the Menu Bar) and select Make Deposits. There will be a button to see the funds in the Undeposited list. Check each one and select the account into which the deposits are going. Then click Deposit (or whatever the button is for your version). Then Save, if needed.

I've used Quickbooks 2009-2012. There have been slight differences between the versions.

I hope this helps. Please give more information so that I can double-check the titles/buttons for your accounting software.

try checking your color cords, make sure the white and red cords are connected to the "Audio Out ports" on the back of the DVD/VHS player and then make sure they are running to the tv ports correctly. White to the white tv port and Red to the Red tv port.

Enter 'kodak easyshare images cutline' in google. A link will appear to a kodak help site 'What shall I do when my picture has a zigzag line through it.....?' The kodak solution works (I've tried it!). It's laborious but you get your pictures back.

Listen, I do not know why the solution for this should be so difficult, but I would suggest you contact SoftCity for your technical support questions. This is an inexpensive program and most of us use the higher end POS and invoicing applications, such as QuickBooks Pro.
