The Jet3 Ultra has an amp meter built in. Remove the rubber cover on the right side behind the wheel and see if the needle is moving.

What set of lights are flashing, what color are they, do they flash all together or ripple left to right one at a time? Could be a low battery, the GC is in Lock Mode, etc. If the GC is in Lock Mode push the joystick forward until it beeps and then pull it back until it beeps. Release it and the controller will sound a long beep. Charging takes many hours on these power chairs.

I suggest that you start with determining the condition of your batteries and work outwards from there. Dead batteries just don't want to take a charge. Test your batteries with a meter before you start part swapping. The internal charger is only about 4 amps so it will take many hours to charge a 24volt system.

A few things to consider: A blown charger fuse can cause the charger inhibit to activate. Determine if all controller connections are plugged into the power base properly. If the 3-pin charger inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.

If the batteries sit for over a couple months, you'll have to replace them. They are U1 type (pair).

On the Jet3 Ultra the armrests and footrests fold up. The headrest is adjustable up and down. I don't recommend removing the seat except to work on the batteries - the wiring could be damaged. My answer is NO! This is a 300+ lb. power chair and very awkward to manhandle.

if the leak is by 1 of the wheels it could be the seal at the drive out put ,if you can't find a seal it could be gotten from a bearing supplier ,it would need to be matched

lots of questions how old is chair, how old is batteries, it has 2 by the way 12v connected in series giving 24v , always change both not just one, check for loose connections first and be sure charger is good try on another chair and/or try another charger on yours if possible they are 95% interchangeable

that is a tricky one definitely a loose connection need to find it by trial and error wiggle wires while driving till it stops. best to call for service from a qualified tech
