You should be able to turn the dial till lights go out, then pull the red and black "pins" from the dial. It works like a clock, one pin is set at the time to go on, the other at the time to go off. By turning the dial forward till the light goes off, then pulling both pins after they go out, they won't go back on till you install the pins back in at the times of your choice.

I can only find the Intermatic DT620MX timer instructions in Spanish. The direct link to the manual is currently https://www.intermatic.com/-/media/inriver/9729-8825.ashx/DT620MX-Instrucciones-ES . Most Intermatic manuals are available here: https://www.intermatic.com/en/documents-and-downloads . I narrowed the list using DT620 in the search box.

I hope this helps.

Try the small round reset button top left, and then re-program:

Install type 2 whole house surge protector or type 1 surge arrester to protect timers, lights, electronics. Make sure household grounding is appropriate, bond outdoor equipment to a ground wire that goes into dedicated ground rod:

Manual for the discontinued SS5 appears following link:

Most the timers at local box store are cheap replica brands. I recommend higher quality, such as Honeywell single-pole heavy duty programmable (or dawn-dusk) timer shown following link: requires Neutral wire
http://waterheatertimer.org/Programmable.html#honeywell

If you need the 3-way or do not have Neutral wire, then battery-operated Intermatic is best choice. Choose either 1 or 5 year warranty:
