T10004R control center has one T104 240V timer, with extra space for another timer or freeze control etc.
You can clean up the timer and replace clock motor to stop most noises.
The T104M (M for mechanism-only, snaps into the control center enclosure.
The T104 also snaps out of enclosure using thumb spring located top inside box.
Take image of wires before disconnecting from timer.
The T104 is identical to WH40, same parts, same trippers, same appearance, except with different override lever.
Here are photos of WH40 showing how to take apart timer and clean it, also with links identifying replacement parts:

If you need to replace timer, it is cheaper to buy the ordinary T104 that comes inside a box and can be snapped out, instead of buying T104M (M for mechanism-only)

E10694 is imaginary number applied to all sorts of intermatic timers sold by folks who want their timer to appear unique and rare on internet. It has been used for T101 120V timer, T104 240v timer, T170 series timer with day-skipper, and also with 'cycle' timers... except all timers with rotating dial could be called cycle timers, but 'cycle timers' are normally timers with less than 24 hour rotation period.

Take it apart and look at the gears. Clean up the gears and timer. make sure dial is all the way down into place.
Check that white clock wires are connected to terminals 1 and 3
WH40 timer is same mechanism as T104R201 except without fireman's switch.

Could not find a manual for a DT300CL even on the Intermatic site. I did find one for a DT300 however. Hopefully they are pretty close and it will help you do what you are trying to do
