Question about BenQ DC3400 Digital Camera

Web cam installation, Charging & Flash problem.

When i buy this model online from rediff shopping that time they dont give me any software CD for webcam installation. This modelnot charging good because i charge hole day but no more charging was happens. Flash is not ok some time oprate sometime not.

when you buy digital camera They will provide you 1 CD .
keep that CD in your system and install all software's...... and select web cam access............
On that time you can run web cam from u r camera

All you can do is go here > http://www.zebronics.net/driverdownloads.asp and download all the drivers and try each one.... The ones to suit your OS.

LOST MY WEB CAM CD

you can get all the install software online ... google the brand name and the model number and the word "installation" and check out the links...you should be able to download exactly what you need.

My web cam can't show

make sure that you have an installation CD. if you dont install your web cam device you can use it ( thats for most of the web cams )

what brand or type is your web cam ?

is it laptop cam or pluged ?

Installation of web cam

Dear Friend,
It's very simple. Please don't install other softwre. Because you had lost your installation cd and if you are not able to find the same software on the internet. then you have to do nothing, just visit the shop from where you had purchase the Web cam. if you had purchase it from online shopping then just mail a message to the appropriate website address. they will take some charge but can provide the installation cd easily.

No cd rom drive

if the tablet pc has a usb port you can copy the contents of the cd to a usb flash drive, plug the flash drive into the tablet pc and run the setup file on the flash drive to install the webcam software to the tablet pc. Another option would be if the tablet pc has internet access go to the webcam manufacturers website and download the drivers and software for the webcam to you tablet pc desktop and install them that way.

Can't set up my web cam i need some help

Do you know the model number of your web cam? Is the computer detect a new hardware as you attach the webcam? disconnect first your webcam from PC. If you have CD utilities enclosed when you bought your webcam, then insert the disc in CD/DVD rom and install the driver.( If CD utilities not enclosed, That's the time that you force to go online. go to the website where your webcam make. search driver by inputting your cam model number. download the driver and install. ) after installing the driver, connect your cam and then let the PC Identify it. system will setup it for you.

first of all check whether your computer detects the webcam.you can notice this when a icon pops up called "found new hardware",then proceed by inserting the installation cd into your cd drive and follow the insttructions
