SOURCE: How do you change the toner in a Minolta Dialta copy machine?

Check the back of the machine see if the sticker is still on it. Model number should be there. As for toner carefully remove the toner bottle turn the machine off wait ten seconds turn the machine on do not put the bottle of toner in until the waning comes on to tell you to add toner. The word "up" on the toner bottle should be visible onthe tup when you install it, so should the hole. Theres a small nub that will lock int place when installing it.

I am getting a code cof32 code

Recommend you replace the developer in the image it. Be sure to clear counters first then run the required F8 procedure after re-installing the image unit, of course you ATDC sensor which is located below the image unit is bad, worse case the control broad is bad. If the developer was replaced was the person who replaced using a vacuum cleaner if so might have destroyed the sensor. NEVER use a Vacuum cleaner to remove the developer static electricity can destroy that sensor. Also since the image unit will be apart replace the drum and cleaning blade. Normal done that way. Again ensure counters are clear first as that is the only way the copier knows it has a new drum and developer. As the machine uses the counters to determine voltages for certain assemblies such as drum and developer unit. Clearing counters without replacing parts causes image problems and codes!!!

Dialta di181 clear M4 error code

M-4 replace the drum it has reach the max of 80,000 copies. replace the drum then clear the counter. just clearing the counter will not be good the machine knows when the counter is clear it has a new drum and will adjust High voltages accordingly if the old drum is in there then you get code and image problems

try web site below for part start with drum being replace recommend the cleaning blade also be replaced. Don't for get to clear the counters first install the drum and run F5

Konica minolta Di3510...C0500 troubleshooting

C0500 refers to a low fuser temperature. You can attempt to clear the code by using the tech rep service mode.
Go to "Counter"
Go to "Trouble"
Trouble reset
If "warm Restart Swich" is asked for- This can be actuated through a small access hole on the right side of the control panel, using a straightened paper clip or something similar.
You may need to clear the counter by pressing "clear" and then "end".
After clearing the code, power cycle the copier. If it comes to "ready" you are all set. If not, you may have a blown heat lamp or thermal fuse which would need to be replaced by a technician. Good Luck!!"
