Question about LG Refrigerators
More than likely, your freezer evaporator is totally frosted up behind the back wall due to a defrost circuit problem. You will need to remove the back wall of the freezer section to gain access to the evaporator. Melt all the ice buildup and check both the defrost heater and defrost terminator circuit to see which one has failed. Replace the part and you should be good to go.
