Question about Washing Machines
If you can produce a similar noise by moving the empty tub around, back and forth, manually, one or more of the suspension points has failed.
You can probably spot the point by removing the back panel and using a good light while someone else moves the tub.
BTW, always include make and model info when posting a request for help otherwise the answer may not make sense for your machine.
