Wow! That's quite the printer you have there. The C9600 does have a feed roller in the front; and it's not uncommon for paper to still get stuck. Does your paper "fan" when it goes through; or simply, go through and jam? It's possible a paper feed sensor is bad too. Another thing you might want to check is the paper tray; and that the paper is set to the proper size.

Also be aware, the OKI 9600 had a recall a year or so ago for some potential "shock issues" I would advise you to check with OKI directly to determine if this printer is part of that issue too.

Paper jams near exit port unable to remove paper , may need to strip machine ?

Oki b6300 has problem picking up sheets and therefore I get a jam message when actual it is not jammed , but the paper wasn't picked up.

pls refix your catridge & clean the paper sensor.

'928 Fatal Error message' on OKI C5550MFP

928 - fuser motor lock error

take out fuser and check for paper stuck on roller
make sure roller can move

if roller is stuck or damaged, repalce fuser unit

Fatal error 980 OKI C5500 printer

I had a paper jam and removed the jammed papers. The paper jam cleared and then the Fatal Error 980 appeared. OKI C5500 printer

OK, you will need to preform a hard reset. unplug the unit for 5 min.

Have you checked to see if there is any paper jammed in the sensor, at the back in the 150-sheet feeder assembly, if not the paper could be stuck the 150-sheet assembly

chweckcthere is not any paper jam . remove inkcartrdge then check .aslo check in back side of printer .may be there is paper jam.
remove paper if jammedup.let me know.

OKI C5100 printer repeated jams. Usually flashing the code of "380: paper jam" as the message.

I too kept getting the front cover paper jam despite followings Oki's paper jam removal instructions and blowing out the printer with compressed air.
In my case, the paper drawer was the problem. When you pull out the drawer there is a spring loaded piece of white plastic at the very front of the drawer. In the center of that is a gray rubber strip. That strip had come loose in the center and bowed out, preventing paper from exiting the paper drawer. I manually removed the strip, clipped off a little piece from one end so that it fit back in the recessed cavity on the white plastic piece and glued it back down.
This should be applicable to all Oki c5xxx color LED printers.
