Question about Canon PIXMA MP810 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I love my mp810 - but as i was trying to scan something today an error popped up saying ' unable to save file. the system cannot find the path specified'
i have restarted and tried different usb ports - and i have tried scanning and saving directly to my pc, and saving as a pdf and tried scanning and opening with a specified application, but all of the error messages are the same.
please help me
Please check the location where the file saved by your Scanner and note down its size.
Also as you mentioned in your next reply, you need to go for check Device manager. Reinstall the drivers.

Had this same problem and just fixed it. You need to actually change the button settings in Navigator. Open MP navigator and choose One-Click, then click Button Settings. You can choose a new save destination from here. Even though you are using the software instead of the button on the device, it works.
