Question about JNC Computers SSF-310 MP3 Player
I have had my mp3 for about a month and a half (since my birthday).
Theres something wrong with it already and I'm very careful with it so i dont understand why.
I downloaded some cd's onto it last night,,
when i started listening to it in the morning after it charged for a couple hours all the songs got deleted.
Now it won't let me delete the songs from it.
EEK i know what this is , the memory cells or NAND/Flash storage on the mp3 is dying as you cannot delete it , you can try to add an sd/mmc/xd card if your mp3 supports to add and delete songs as it wont be affected it but it wont cure the fact that you cant delete it .
Alternatively you can update the mp3 player firmware by downloading it from the web or you can try to return it under warrently (number in support manual)
As a last resort you can connect it to the pc right click it and press format this will erase all data /everything on your mp3.
