Cant get onto www.virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage

I have been sent a www.virginmobile.co.uk/get message and I can't get into it I CAN NOT GET MY PICTURE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE

I cant get my picture message on my phone when i went to www. virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage.

Simply type get message in search box then click on the link "how do i" then this will tell u how to recieve picture messages strate to your phone. hope this help u with ur problem

You need to get the correct setting for your handset and check if yor handset support this.You wioll be able to get this from your network provider.

Been sent a picture msg. to collect it need 2 visit www.virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage done that. still wont work. got a LG KE970.
You probably need to login on the site to see your messages.

Also, to receive them on the phone, contact costumer care of your network asking to send you the config files for receiving mms on the phone.

In order to get the pictue you have to active your Multi Media Service by contacting the network service provider. Once it is been activated you can view it
