**How to graph a function**

Look for a key labeled Y= ( the y= editor) and press it. Use the key pad to type in the right side of the function.

Press Graph to display the graph.

If drawing is out of range set the window parameters. Alternatively (if there is a zoom key) use it to select a ZoomIn, a ZoomOut , Zoom Standard.

Just open the Y= equation editor and enter your equation. Use X for T. Make sure the angle unit is in radians.

Hey! The standard equation of a straight line is y=mx+b (wherein x&y are the coordinates, m is the slope of the line and, b is the y-intercept). Re-arranging your equation to follow the standard equation, you'll have y= -x - 4 or y=(-1)x + (-4).

To plot the equation, try substituting a number to the (x) coordinate to get the value of the (y) coordinate:

Ex:

If x=0, y= -4

If x=1, y= -5

If x=2, y= -6

If x=3, y= -7

I do not know what you mean by regulate, but if you want to perform a regression analysis using data from L1 and L3, all you have to do is to specify the lists to be used.

(1) if asking for graphing y= -2/3x+2, then press [diamond] [F1: Y=] type in .2/3x +2, see graph by [diamond][graph]

(2) if asking for graphing y= -2/3x+a, where a=3x, then first archive a=3x in Home screen by [home], type 3x [sto] a, then go back to y= menu, and type -2/3x+a in Y1

(3) if asking for graphing an equation that is dependent on 2 variables at the same time, use x-y-z axis (aka, change mode to graphing 3-D by [mode]graph [5:3D]) then enter desired equation in y= menu using Z function in terms of x and y aka z(x,y)= ...)

The first solution will allow you to watch your
calculator graph two equations simultaneously rather than finishing one
before graphing the next; it won't solve the problem of having the
calculator unselect one equation when you select a second. To fix
