The intended function is:

Trim adjustment is limited by a sensor on the lower unit. This control stops when pushing "bow up" or similar words, limited by the sensor on lower unit.
The trailer button overrides this limit, allowing the lower unit to raise beyond normal running positions, all the way to the fully up (trailer) position.

My left mouse button on sony vaio vng-nw150j isn't working

Generally, if a mouse button quits working, it requires the replacement of the touchpad assembly.
Boot to the safe mode, see if the button works there, if it doesn't, then it is a failure of the switch in the button

I took apart my new stihl ms 210 the throttle assembly anyway, where does the black wire connect to? there is a red wire connecting to a metal bracket that is coming from the same hole the black one is i...

On the Master Control Lever, you will notice a round reciever on the left side of the lever shaft. This holds the round terminal of the black wire in place. As the lever is rotated upward, the shaft brings the terminal of the black wire into contact with the flat brass spring (which belongs ON TOP of the lever shaft) and thereby stops the engine.
If the throttle trigger is pulled each time the lever is set to choke, this will never again be an issue. However, if the lever is pushed all the way down to choke and the throttle trigger isn't pulled, the linkage will malfunction again.
ALWAYS pull the throttle trigger before you set the choke.

Hope this helps,

Remote shift must be wiggled to engage the motor. mercury marine

Its hard to know whether this is an electric problem or mechanical from your description. I want to say to remove the cables from the motor and have the motor in neutral. Then hold the ends of the cables and work the throttle lever and see if the cables "feel" loose or tight. Is there a big difference when the cable moves? Then the problem is in the shifter. If it is an electric switch that must be wiggled to work you would have to remove it to match it or replace it. If the switch is in the throttle box(shifter) pretty much the same.
If everything is tight on what I told you to check, then it is an adjustment at the engine. You must be a little off on one of the cables to be able to shake it and have it work. You would have to move the motor levers by hand to see which direction helps and adjust the length of the cable to match. Good luck

Lower Brake lights dont go after we plugged trailer on

does it go back to normal with out the trailer connected. as both mine when the trailer is detected on the wiring it turns the abs to mid setting. , as it cannot calculate the extra load. also the trailer loom can put more drain on the electrics and there is a voltage reader computer built into most vehicles this is what detects a blown bulb. check the fuse connection to the fuse and the box. in the fuse box. a weak fuse or fuse holder can make the bulb blow.

Throttle Problem

Here is what worked for me, for this **** pile of **** joystick. I opened it up (6 screws), and shorted the capacitors using a screwdriver. If you dont know how to do this or dont want to, leave it unplugged for some time. Keep trying a longer period of time of the previous amount didnt work. I've not trying this unplugging myself but doing so might help discharge the capacitors.
