Question about Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital Camera
This camera is brand new. when I programmed all initial settings I wanted to turn on the display, but it remained black. Pressing the 'display' button did not change anything. The camera does not display any pictures taken, even though it indicates the number of the pictures taken; the picture to be taken can not be seen on the screen and the actual picture that was taken does not appear in the display. I am not sure if this is a production flaw or if I missed to set a specific setting to activate a display.
Thank you for your help!
My mother has this model camera. I believe there is a setting in the main menu that will allow an energy saving mode that sets the display time or no display. If not it's under warranty and your retailer should replace it if it is within 30 days of purcase date.
I hope this helps, goood luck!
