Either the damper also known as the diverter door is not functioning properly or the thermostat tempreture control is not working properly. You could also have a defrost issue which you could visually notice if you seen frost build up on the rear wall of the freezer. If you have any questions message me back I await your reply.
Thank you

I'll look at that possibility today. Typically when the coils frost over, the fridge side gets warm from no air flow over the coils, but I suppose anything is possible and I should have looked there. I'll get back to you with the results.

Appears that the freezer thermister is the culprit. I would have thought the refrigerator compartment thermister was the problem, but it was not. Additionally when I was in the freezer compartment I saw the terminating thermostat was not OEM and was held in place with electrical tape. I swapped it out for the correct piece and did the same with the thermostat.

you could have a bad damper, this is located in the fridge section, all it is is a door that opens and closes to let cold air into fridge, sounds like yours is stuck open.remove the bottom kick panel and look for the tech sheet,it will tell you how to put it into diagnostics, the board will open and close,if it doesn't you know it's bad.go here and look at part number 13

Low volume of water coming out of dispenser

okay well could be alot of things
1st could be calcium build up if you have copper lines
2nd could be your pump back side at the bottom
3rd could be your saddle. okay what's a saddle http://compare.ebay.com/like/220495328326?ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&rvr_id=222624104119&crlp=1_263602_304662&UA=%3F*I8&GUID=5fd4c6ce12b0a02652c6e516ff2a3e7e&itemid=220495328326&ff4=263602_304662
this is the saddle try this first if you have one of these. that lever on top opens and closes to turn the water on and off it's really a small needle that punctures the copper pipe well some times calcium builds up in there turn the water off and on a couple time useing this and see if that improves it if you notice more water coming out more and more well there you go. if iwhere guessing and say that is it. good luck

This may be your compressor. You'll probably need a hard start kit put ont he compressor if it's not still under warranty. I hope this helps you out!

If it was buzzing then click, the click would mean that the thermal overload has activated. This would happen if the compressor is drawing high amperage due to a breakdown of insulation on one of the starter or run windings. What he says is very possible.
