Make sure its wired correctly, if all that is good, the motor is probably faulty, take it back to Home Depot and have it replaced, they come with a lifetime warranty even if you do not have the receipt.

dude- all the wholes in your pc closed off??? if so then your fan what is it barring or magnetic? if it is baring then you will need to replace... my guess it is.. if it were magnetic it would just stop PERIOD...the fan isn\'t spinning enough ( high enough rpm\'s) to keep a constant flow at the rate in which the CPU needs or heat sink needs....you should have a diags in or with in your bios....run those it\'ll tell you what it is at or what it should be at... you can make decision then.... if your fan isn\'t running then just replace fan. If fan is running and your diags isn\'t loaded or doesnt have the utility ...you will need to swapp the fan from a good working PC or buy a new one.. if you STILL have issue thn your problem lays with in the power supply... it is either your MAIN power supply or it is your motherboard (12v) then you will need another mother board. hope this helps!!!!

P.S. is your fan clean heat sink clean?????

Why car isn't blowing cool air except while driving fast?

Are you saying the air coming out of the vents is not cold unless you are moving ? Or there is no air unless you are moving ?
And are you sure the radiator fan is running with the ac on ? Can you feel air being pulled thru the condenser ? What are the gauge readings with the ac on and the engine at idle ?

NEED TO WIRE A OIL FURNACE FAN FOR LOW SPEED IN HEAT AND HIGH SPEED IN COOL

Okay, I've got an answer for you.

If you get a Fan Control Relay that is DPDT, I think you can wire the Low Speed of a two-speed motor to the first N.O. contact, for Heat.

When the Relay trips, the N.O. contact will close, and the fan will run on low.

If it's a two-speed fan, these fans have two windings, the first for low, the second for medium, and both for High.

Wire both windings to the N.C. contact on the second half of the relay.

That way when the temperature drops below your setpoint, both fan windings will be energized and the fan will go nuts.

Of course, this means the fan will NEVER shut off.

And I still don't know why you need high speed in the Cool setting, when your thermostat isn't kicking the Relay.

Where can I buy a mess mat to go under a high chair that isn't disposable?

I bought a nice one from Walmart for only $15. It wipes clean really easily, although it's quite bulky if you plan to take it with you on outings. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Prince-Lionheart-Multi-Purpose-Catch-All-Mat/15908245

My fridge gets really hot on top and between the fridge and freezer where the door meets

next time send the model number and brand name.usually when this happens is the condenser fan motor isn't working.pull the fridge out, remove the bottom back panel and check the fan to see if it's working,if it is check the condenser coil to see if it's filled with lint and dust,it could just need to be cleaned out but if it's that hot most likely the fan isn't running,if you get this tonight check it now,if the fan isn't running you could blow the compressor, the condenser fan blows and keeps the compressor cool enough so it doesn't overheat by moving the hot air and the heat also esscapes through the condenser coil so if that's clogged with dust the machine will run hotter than normal,if the fan isn't running you can stick any window fan back there and blow it onto the compressor to keep it cool until you fix the condenser fan motor, this way you won't loose any food and if the compressor goes it's new fridge time,to much to repair.hope this helps and good luck with your machine.one more thing,i've found the fans not running and by pushing the blade it runs again,if this happens the fan could run and never have a problem or it could stop an hour later but i would change it out no matter what.if it's a G.E. fridge and the motor isn't running, most likely it will be the computer board,i've found 10 machines doing this and the temp. settings turning on and off or the evap fan motor in the freezer runs slow and then fast and the condenser fan isn't running or running slowly, this is why you have to send the brand name and model number.

The outside unit has power going to it but isn't

maybe it has tripped off on high pressure, as you have have said the fan is not turning so will cause high pressure. now assuming the problem is the fan is not running than check the condition of the condensator /capacitor for the fan motor. if the motors winding is still good replace the capacitor and try it ON.

Why is my dell optiplex GX260 CPU fan is very fast ?

Usually the fan regulates its own speed (or rather the BIOS does) in relation to the current heat, you may have heat/environmental issues, or power issues. However I would first check to see that the fan speed isn't statically(permanently) set to a high speed. You can check this in the BIOS, as the machine starts up it will flash a small message ( For Setup or For Setup, something like that), hit the stated button to enter your BIOS, under 'Thermal' or 'Hardware' you should be able to find fan speed.

My 2000 galant is having high engine temp when i stock in traffic, but it is in normal range when im running. i change already the thermostat, rad cap and hoses, but nothing changes. what would be possible...

Sounds like the radiator fan isn't coming on. You don't need the fan on when you're moving, cause air is blowing into the radiator, but sitting still you need the fan or it'll overheat. This makes me think the fan isn't coming on.

Hotpoint aquarius wd640....start/cancel, off on button not pushing in and light flashing f-13

F13 indicates High Dryer Temperature.
Check the dryer motor runs OK and that the fan isn't hanging off. (You'll hear it if it is).
Check the connections to the dryer NTC (temperature sensor on top of dryer)
Check the condenser isn't blocked (under the fan motor, plastic unit going down the rear of the tub).
If all checks out OK, try changing the dryer NTC.
