Question about Electric Lawn Mower
I have a cord electric lawn mower that's not starting
Sounds like you may have a bad starter.
Double check all wire connections to ensure no wires are loose. Also, the air filter could be clogged.
Hook up a battery tester, could be as simple as needing to replace the battery.

check cord from plug to the electric motor.if it has a reset or breaker check for damage. if no obvious damage problem is electric motor.may be cheaper to buy new 1

There may be a fault contact due to vibration check all the electrical wires and contacts if they are very well connected check corrosion point at contacts, use wd40 spray oil in the motor and contacts, there may be a fault in the carbon contacts to the rotor.

Do you get a hum or any noise when trying to sart ?
Motor could be stuck..
WHILE UNPLUGGED - try spinning the blade by hand & see if its not stuck..
