SOURCE: I have a kitchen aid food processor, it is on, but motor doess no

This sounds like an issue relating with the assembly of the machine. The motor is definitely getting power if the indicator is lit. However, Kitchenaid food processors are designed (as a safety feature) to remain unengaged if the unit is not assembled in such a way. Here is the proper assembly:

Please disassemble the unit. This means: removing the blade, removing the work bowl, the work bowl cover, and unplugging the unit.

Starting with the work bowl: place the handle at the 9 o'clock position, which is out to the left. Rotate downward to the 6 o'clock position until it locks in, centered over the button panel.

Repeat the process with the work bowl lid.

Depending on which food processor you have, you may need the feed tube pusher depressed at least half way down the feed tube.

Plug in the unit. The blade does not have be installed for unit it to work at this point, assuming everything is assembled properly and the motor is functioning. The motor should now be working.

I have a kitchen aid food processor kfpm775, I have had endless problems. I have a new bowl and lid,it worked once.It has been assembled properly and done the check on the motor, which seems fine.

To work properly the bowl needs to first be in the correct place, on model 770 which we have here it is handle in the middle at the front. Then the lid goes on, it's obvious which way is correct with that part and then the pusher must be in the tube to activate the safety cut off switch. It is very rarely the cutoff switch itself which is inside the motor housing. If you look at the motor unit without the bowl on you can see right in the middle up by the top of the housing a hole with white plastic inside it. That's the safety switch that all the levers in the bowl & lid activate. If you turn the unit on (no bowl) and push the run switch down then activate that safety switch be depressing it in with something plastic the motor should run. That will prove to you at least that it's not the motor. That model is close to end of life now, bowls & lids are scarce and the general purpose blade is finished.

Lid stuck on work bowl of kitchen aid processor

This tip is used to remove a stuck bowl from the base of a Kitchen Aid tilt-head mixer. It might work for your situation. Fill the bowl with very hot water (use the food shoot as a pour spout). Now use either frozen gel packs, or a bag of ice cubes, and lay the ice on top of the lid. Wait for a few minutes. The hot water with make bowl expand, ice will make lid shrink, thus loosening the tight lid. I'm assuming that the lid edge fits inside of the bowl, like most food processors do. Try to gently move the lid, and see if it'll give.

Recently moved to Australia. Is there anyway I can get my much loved 120V Kitchen Aid food processor rewired for Australian 240V power. Model No: RKFP740 GC Step down transformers are expensive and ugly...

Without step-down transformers you are out of luck. I am sorry. I know the transformers are ugly but they are cheaper than replacing your food processor and espresso machine. One thing you could do is to contact Kitchen Aid and ask them if the motor can be wired for 240V. If not, ask them if you can purchase the 240V motor for your processor and replace it directly. As for the espresso machine, no idea...sorry.
