Question about HP LaserJet 5000n Printer
Was printing Avery "clear" labels, when the label paper got jammed under the toner cartridge. Cleared the jam, but it appears that a label is stuck to a roller. Removed the toner cartridged, looked at the rollers and CAN NOT visibaly see the label, but when you send a job to be printed there are blocks on the page. Since I can't see the label, I have no idea where to start to remove it-it definately is stuck somewhere in the front-was using the manual paperfeed when the problem happened.
Looks like label stuck on the toner cartridge. Easiest solution would be to replace toner cartridge or if you can slowly spin the OPC drum on toner cartridge till you find label NOTE: damage to the OPC drum with affect print quality as well as oil from fingers will affect PQ( print quality)
