Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
First it just wouldn't print black. Changed the cartridge - still no black ink. Took everything apart and cleaned it thoroughly/carefully as per instructions. Then no printing of any color. Changed the print head. Still no printing. It sounds like it is printing but no ink on paper. Any ideas? Thanks.
Uh,faulty ink carterige, buy another one & don't forget to remove the clear tape seal..on the carteridge
