First count blinking lights on the computer board and reference them to the chart on door panels if no info then Check all the cut out switches. The first one is the vacuum switch connected to the fan by a tube you if working voltage will be passed through the switch.also verify vacuum function by measuring ohms at the leads while lightly sucking on the tube.
