SOURCE: I have 2 Remote Control

You need to completely disassemble the hand held remote unit, remove the rubber push buttons and clean the contacts. Mine do this frequently. The contacts are black and will be slimey. I just use soapy water and a soft cloth to gently clean them. Be sure to dry them completely before reassembling. Also be sure you dont get any of the electronics wet.

SOURCE: Fan speed control electrical box burned up in less

Hello,

Most the time when I hear of a UC7067 "burning up" it usually means the person has a dimmer switch on the wall that is supplying power. You will need to replace the dimmer with a standard on/off toggle switch or add an in-wall remote where the dimmer switch currently is. Both the UC7067 and WC-210 Wall controllers can be found at http://www.fanmanlighting.com/default.asp

Hope this helps!

I have a 3 speed fan controlled by 3 speed wall switch; fan hums on low, louder hum on medium, and high position eliminates hum but speed reduced to low. Is it the fan or the wall switch?

Check the capacitor (black box with wires going to switch) and see if that's going bad. If it's not that, take the control out of the wall and just use the pull chain to see if it runs correctly. If it does, you need a new wall control. DO NOT USE A DIMMER SWITCH!

In the OB=2 codes system p0715 refers to the turbine shaft speed (TSS) sensor --circuit malfunction===causes --wiring --TSS--ECM/TCM (TCM is the transmission control module). It all refers to the turbine shaft in the torque converter

1992 chevy C1500: Heat works on low speed, no medium, and high only works intermittantly.

On any other vehicle it sounds like the blower fan switch.
The fan switch provides power or ground to the resistor and there would be a high speed blower relay to bypass the resistor.
But in your case the fan switch is part of the controller.
I don't have a diagram for a 92 but the 94 model shows relays for low medium and high speeds. Each relay gets power from a fuseable link. The high relay gets power thru the low relay if the low relay is not engaged.
If you have the model with 3 relays you may need to check them.

Have 2001 chrysler concorde thats overheating. How do i get to thermostat? Under an intake assembly. Where is fuse for cooling fan

Hello Jim.
The thermostat is located at the inlet hose from the radiator on the front of the engine.
Here is a diagram of the housing.
kiltylake_202.gif

There are two fuses for the cooling fan and two relays as the fans run on two different speeds.
These fuses are in the under hood power distribution box.
Fuse "E" and fuse "B" and the fuse for the relays is fuse# 21.

I have a Concord Series 52PA5, Model HC-1993OS. The fan speed switch has been cut out. I want to wall switch it and only fun fast speed. What color wires do I hook to the 110?

Generally speaking, your blue or black wires are going to be hot. Your white wire is going to be neutral and your green wire is going to be ground.
