sure, i can provide you with a link for an excellent version of those files.
This is the download page for Realtek, a company that makes a better version of the ac'97 drivers than Microsoft, and this file is free!
This is what i use in my computer, a Dell Optiplex gx240
It also has onboard audio, and the Realtek version works WAY better than the original one ever did.
This is the windows xp version of the software, but if you need it for another version, you can select it on their website as well.

Everything should be in there, that's the original drivers which are on the CD.
