Question about DISH Network Televison & Video
All plugs are plugged in.
Ryan, it sounds like there is a power problem going on with the receiver. In most cases we would have to replace the equipment, though there are a few things we can try first.
If the receiver is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, try bypassing that and connecting directly into the outlet. If it is already plugged into the outlet, try a different one if possible. You can also try unplugging it for about 15 seconds then plugging it back in.
If the problem persists, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to see about getting a replacement receiver out there.
