Whats the best way to keep my chlorine generator from leaking water, I have tried everything

Check the union o-rings and make sure they are not crushed, twisted, or otherwise defective. Check the mating Union surface to be sure of no scratches, Mars, misalignment, etc. the two surfaces must match with no gaps, misalignment, or other problems. Make sure they are tight enough. Use a light lube on the rings to make sure they seal also. Good luck.

I have a Stanley Bostitch CAP2000P-OF Air Compressor. It runs constantly and won't reach the shutoff pressure. It will build some pressure. When I turn it off, I dont hear any leaks.

Jim:
There is a leak somewhere... Use a soapy solution at the air tube from the compressor head to the tank (both ends) and at all air hose connections. The bubbles will tell you where the leak is and you can repair the connections from there...

Bostitch stapler have oil in the piston

It had to have tipped over at some time, or a severe over fill. Once this starts you may have to remove and clean the valve plate assembly for it to stop.(directly under the pump head) Make sure the oil you are using is a non-detergent or non-foaming oil....not regular motor oil. Oil level should be halfway up a sight glass or marked on an oil dipstick.
