Samsung clx 3185 printing is all faded, colors and black
When you go to print, your printer driver should have quality options. Make sure you're not using "economy" or "draft" mode. Try "quality" mode.

HOW TO RESET IMAGING UNIT ?
You need to buy a new drum - cost about the same as new printer.

Some people (on ebay) sell a chip (a fuse actually) to reset the drum - Buy one provided your drum is still giving perfect prints

How do I fix Samsung Clx-3185 Fuser
The micro "flag" located at the fuser has been broken or dislocated or some gears broken and fuser not spinning.
If you cannot get spares, buy a new printer

there is a sensor in the compartment that your paper comes out in to. it must be stuck or broken
