Question about Kenmore Freezer 20.3 cu. ft. Frost Free Upright Freezer
The drain tube is most likely clogged. if the lower vent is freezing up there is no way to confirm because it is covered with ice. the reason water leaks onto the floor is, the refrigerator goes into defrost, frost melts and runs down the ice to the door. use a hair dryer to remove all ice, then use hot water to check drain. drain tube may be up to a foot long and may have a trap. you may have to go in through the back to gain access to the drain

behind the panel below the evaperator, use some flexible curtain wire or electrical wire to clean the tube out. Hope this helps :)

SOURCE: I have a Kenmore Model
It has a clogged drain tube and bottom trays is already full.
De-clogged it using a solid wire, match enough to penetrate the drain tube.
Insert solid wire slowly to the drain tube, back and forth.
Put water to clean and rinse drain tube.
Regularly check drain tube for clogged and tray for full water.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello Shirley, thank you for you post!
I understand that your Frigidaire freezer is leaking water onto the bottom panel of your freezer. This could be a possible clog within your drain line or an issue with your gasket. I would recommend performing a manual defrost on your freezer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your freezer for at least four to five hours. This will help clear out any clogs within your freezer.
You may also want to test your gasket and you can do that by using a dollar bill. Place the bill between your freezer and the freezer door. If you pull the bill and it provides resistance the gasket is good. If the bill slides out you may need to replace the gasket. It that all checks out to be in proper working order I noticed you wanted to access the drain tube. In order to access the tube you would have to remove the rear panel wall. This is not a simple DIY job and I would recommend reaching out to a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
