If you have not already done so, clean the filter behind the panel in the front bottom of the washer. Remove the three philips head screws to get the panel off. Unscrew the plastic filter on the right hand side (use a shallow cake pan to catch any water). Remove the filter and clean out the pens, pencils, change, lint, etc... and put back in. All should work well after this. Thanks, Greg

Washers - Resetting Electronic Controls on a Washer
If there is a pause in the washer cycle, the controls will lock up. The pause can occur because of a power failure or it was put in the test mode at the factory.
Also, if the washer was stopped before the cycle was complete or the consumer has pushed the stop/pause button to temporarily stop the cycle and the cycle is not reset. Over a period of 24 hours, the washer will pump out and spin, but will stay in the final spin.
To correct the situation, shut off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or unplug the washer, then turn the timer knob around and back to any position other than final spin. Verify the water is turned on and restore power. This should resolve the issue.

SOURCE: cycles take too long
It is probably the fill valve filter which is blocked or the drain outlet is obstructed.
You can clean the fill valve filter by turning the water off and disconnecting the hose ot hoses
There is a plastic filter just inside the valve which needs to be kept clean
If you have a slow discharge from the drain pump that also will cause the machine to take a long time on a cycle
Take the discharge hose out of the waste pipe clean the end and get someone with strong lungs to blow down it you should be able to hear air bubbles inside the machine if not then you may have a sock stuck in the pipe from the drum to the pump
