Dont worry about it, you probably didnt get the freezer drawer closed all the way. frost will form when it doesnt get closed properly. just make sure it is closed now and the unit will clear the frost in a few days thru normal defrosting cycles. be sure that the drawer is closing on all sides by looking at the gasket and all should be ok in the future.

SOURCE: ice maker leaks inside freezer
check the water discharge hose which fills the ice maker after ice is dumped into the bin. the line is located in most cases at one end of the ice maker and allows the water to flow into a funnel like device above the ice maker mold. the hose has the diameter of a penny, it is probably misaligned with the ice maker itself/

it means that the freezer heater is bad, it's located after you remove the racks from the freezer and removing the back panel, it's at the bottom or below the condenser.

try to reset the unit. Hold inm the top two buttons untill the display blinks and then it should work. Or try turning the uit off for 15 minutes and then back on.

Here is a service manual for the samsung fridge mentioned:
Samsung service manual
Have a look at page 29 to page 34, the section titled self diagnostic's which will explain how to get the system to perform various self checks.
There could also be another section of interest on page 20 and page 31.
I'm not trying to make you **** lemons when you read these sections as they talk about operating controls but I'm just making sure that you havn't accidentally turned something off by accident.
Feel free to have a browse through but there iis a lot of information regarding how to take the fridge apart which i really doubt you need to do or would want to do.

This is usually because the self defrost hose has become clogged. Turn the unit off long enough to defrost the unit and get the ice out of the tube and blow out the tube and turn the fridge or freezer back on.
This should solve it for you.
