How do you rebuild carberater on a 4 cycle 29cc weed trimmer

There is not much to it. There should be information stamped or printed on the side of the carb - maker and model#s. Take this information and do an internet search with it. You should find a rebuild kit for around $10. The kit should come with a diagram and directions. Take the carb apart, clean as necessary, reassemble with the new parts and you are good to go.

Carborator gummed up

You can try contacting Sears and see if they can track one down. It doesn't show one on searspartsdirect so you might need to actually get the numbers off the carb itself.
You can search "Snow blower parts" and then one by one try the different parts companies with your model number to see if someone has one.
There is a very helpful forum, snowblowerforum dot com that you can post the question on and might get someone with a similar model or more craftsman knowledge who might know where to get one.
If you get the numbers off the carb I'd also check out ebay as at times the carbs are so cheap rebuilding them doesn't make $$$ sense.

Can not start snow blower

Todays gas is horrible for gumming up after a few months. You need to clean the carburetor.
This description is for many 4 cycle engines.. it Might help The jet in the Carb is gummed up. Take that 1/2" bolt off the bottom of the Bowl..That IS the Jet. Many times the Bowl will just hold in place with the Bolt out.. make sure the three holes are clear. 2 are close to the head of this bolt and you should have a 3rd real small hole where the threads end. Screw it back in...see what happens

Craftsman 25cc 2-Cycle Blower/Vac only runs with choke on

Your engine is starving for fuel. Tyipically rebuilding the carb is a quick fix. If you can remove the carb and look at the face of it, you should see a brand and model #. Use this to purchase a carb kit with the needle and metering diaphram or have a mechanic rebuild the carb.

The unit continually stalls (model # 358.974.470)

Common and annoying problem. Most of times this is a fuel delivery issue and the carb may be ready for a diaghram kit or a rebuild kit...or it may just have a little trash in it.Start with the condition of the intank fuel filter, the fuel lines, the internals of the carb. Clean the ****** with non-flammable Brake Cleaner

My Craftsman leaf blower will not start. Why not?

Inside the carb is yet another fuel filter in the form of a screen. It is located just under the inlet needle and it would be included in a carb REBUILD KIT (not simply a diaphragm kit).
Replacing the screen and rebuilding the carb take nearly the same amount of labor so buy yourself a kit. Roughly $10.00 for most Hand-Held blowers.
Hope this helps.
