your player which is used not support some files. If you use some china product players it will support all types of video and audio formats. Sometimes the company product players have some sensors on the front or back side. if we remove that sensor it may work.

MP3 Player not recognized as being connected to USB port

If you do not have the installation disk, Open my Computer with your mp3player plugged in, then look for your mp3players brand name. open this file and simply drag files in.

If you cannot get the computer to recognize it at all, look for your a driver on google e.g: iRiver driver.

Good luck, respond with more details if you can't figure it out.

Computer doesn't recognize my sony NW-E002F.

Try a different USB port on the computer. Preferably one directly in the computer (not on an external device).
Sometimes the computer has a hard time assigning it a drive letter because other devices might be using a letter the drive thinks it has to have. You can also try plugging the drive into a usb port and starting the computer from the off position.

REG - windows not recognised

For some models pressing select and the + volume button for 10 sec resets the device and it is recognized by the pc on connecting. Check ur manual to check the way to reset ur device. You can download the manual from http://www.sandisk.com in case you have misplaced it. Drop me a mail at balneet_83@yahoo.com to let me know if the solution worked for you.

RCA H125A

That could be a hardware failure - requiring replacement, but go to the RCA website and get the Recovery tool. I'm assuming that you already tried resetting the player. If RCA's methods fail, try this:
Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware.
