Question about Computers & Internet
My name is Richard Matthews and I have a problem involving a charge to my credit card. Due to problems with my computor, I could not be connected to the company's system. Even though I will not receive any services, I have been charged on my credit card. Please cancel any charges since they are not authorized. Richard Matthews

We are FIXYA, nothing to do with your credit card or the services to which you refer.
You need to phone the number on the back of the card. You can't do this via a computer. Phone them and dispute the charge. It is then up to the company that charged you to prove they are right.

SOURCE: Fraudulant Credit Card charges
do you have a file sharing programme such as limewire on your system? i've found and contacted 3 people who actually share all their info (including passwords) on these file sharing websites. make sure you don't save any banking details on your comp, good luck

If your battery is not charging there could be two reasons for the same . First the battery has exceeded its lifetime and requires a change or is faulty
Second your ac adapter is not giving enough charge to charge the battery.
Open the battery health meter , by pressing the Fn+ F3 key on the keyboard . check if battery reports any error message.
Shutdown the computer and disonnect the Ac adapter and the battery and press the power button for 10 seconds
Reconnect both the Ac adapter and the battery
power on the system and tap on the f2 key slowly on the left side of the screen , look for the option that says battery info.
Check what is the status of the Ac adapter and is the battery showing charging.
if the Ac adpater shows as none, then adapter needs a replacement otherwise the battery.
Thanks for using fixya

Need to report the problem to PayPal and they will freeze the money from the transaction and investigate it based on the facts you give them and assertain the facts from the seller and then give you a resolution. Sounds like they should recover your money or make the seller ship the product. I've had this happen a couple of times on PayPal and they're great to work with. It just takes a couple of days to resolve it as sometimes they can't contact the Seller immediately.
