call up pioneer support and ask them for the "switch that goes behind the cue button". it's about 2 dollars and when they ship it to you take it to your local audio repair center and it will take the guy about 20 minutes to unsolder the current switch and put the new one in...

SOURCE: Spilled coke on my CDJ 800MK2

Clean all the rubber and plastic parts with humidified towels, clean all teh metallic parts with 70% isopropyl alcohol solution, to prevent oxidation.
Be careful no liquid is being dropped or leaking inside unit when cleaning.

If coke had been spilled inside the unit, on the circuits, you will need to take apart the unit and dry well using an hairdryer from distance , if circuits are sticky, use cotton and pure isopropyl alcohol to clean after drying.

It's not that simple. I would suggest purchasing a Pioneer Service Manual for this unit, as it has instructions on doing this.

SOURCE: cdj-800MK2 jog problem

From the video, it just looks like there might be some debris/dirt underneath the platter. There is a sensor pad under the platter, and if there is anything disrupting the pad, you'll have those issues.

Try opening her up, and cleaning her out. Or take her to a service center for a professional cleaning.

How to connect behringer xenyx 1204usb mixer to a numark mixtrack pro II dj controller?

you have to tell your dj or studio program which device to use as output, but the dj controller doesn't have an audiocard so now i first have to search myself since my mixers have built in serato and another that annoying native i. No i'm just doing difficult while a numarkx5 stands in front of me and the main outputs go to your mixer and your usb is just for recording , but plug the mixer out in the mixer , main out in your monitors and calibrate the sound, but your studie or dj gear wants to know which channel to use and there fore you need to read the manual of your mixer and behringer. It's easy, but not from here.

How do I connect a Stanton SCS.4DJ turntable to my pc

This is a simple to use unit. Just plug the "line out" of the turntable to your "line in" on your PC or laptop. This is to just straight up record what you're mixing or playing as an audio file.

I am hooking up a Behringer xenyx 1002B Mic/Line Mixer to my Toshiba Satellite c885-S5194 laptop to broadcast online via meridix. I'm using Audio technica BPHS1 Headset Microphones with XLS plugs and 1/4...

IF your Laptop has a stereo LINE 1/8" INPUT jack, you can take the Stereo ( Left & Right ) LINE outputs on your mixer and feed into this jack on your PC. You will need a 1/4" dual plug for the mixer end to a single 1/8" stereo plug on the PC end. I suspect the problem you are having is either related to your PC only have a MIC input jack or you have something set wrong in your PC's sound config. file. More information is needed to properly solve the problem.

I am trying to record with my mxl 990 micrphone onto my laptop but when i try to record no sound is heard

Hi,
you can't just plug and play with these high end mics. You require a +48v phantom power source from something such as a mixer. Then plug the mic into the mixer and the mixer into the LINE IN on the PC

Computer does not recognize it and the mic does not record into the computer... maybe my connections are wrong..pls help me

I have a 1222FX and here is how I have it hooked up. I have a cord that has an 1/8" stereo plug on one end and two mono RCA jacks on the other. The 1/8" end goes into my line in on my sound card. (not the microphone in ). The RCA jacks are hooked to two cords that I made up that have a RCA plug on one end and a XLR plug on the other. The XLR plugs are wired so that they are unbalanced. Pin one is ground and pins two and three are soldered to the positive. I used shielded cable and the shield is soldered to negative on the RCA jack but left unconnected on the XLR jack. This prevents hum. You may be able to purchase premade cables but I made my own. The XLR jacks are plugged into the left and right balanced or unbalanced Main output jacks of the mixer. On your computer click Start then Control Panel. Click Sounds and Audio Devices. Make sure that Place Volume in Taskbar is checked. Place the volume slider in about halfway position if there is one. Click Advanced and a control panel should pop up. It will say Play Control at the top. You will want your speaker volume about half way also. Make sure line in is NOT muted (checked ) and is also about half way up. Plug headphones into the mixer and get a good sound with the microphone you are using. If it is a microphone that requires phantom power make sure you turn the power to the mixing board on first, then the phantom power. Do this with the main volume control all the way off. When the mixer has warmed up for a minute or so you can bring the volume up to get a good sound. When you are done recording, make sure you slide the volume down again. Then turn the phantom power switch off and then the main power. This procedure protects your equipment. On the Play Control volume panel on your computer click on Options then Properties. You will see that it is checked for Playback. Check it for recording. Make sure that where it says Show the following volume controls, it has Playback volume and at least Line In checked. Now check the Recording Controls. Where it says Show the following volume controls make sure that at least Line In is checked. Click on O.K. and your Recording Control window will pop up. Make sure that Line In select has a check mark. Slide the volume up until you get a good sound through your computer speakers or your headphones if you have them plugged into the computer. If you accidentally close this window, Click on the speaker symbol in your taskbar at the bottom. You will have to switch between Play Control and Recording Control as before. You didn't mention what software you are using so I advise you to read your manuals carefully. The manual for the mixer has a page with wiring diagrams for cables. Here is a link to a site with lots of good info and an invaluable FREE book that you can download:http://www.recordingreview.com/ I hope this helps.

How do i connect dis mixer to another mixer?

First of all a link to the manual:http://s3.amazonaws.com/samsontech/related_docs/XM910_ownman_v1.pdf Have a look at page 14, 9. Go out of MixOut ( line level ) into any line level auxiliary inputs left and right on the other mixer. You didn't say what the other mixer is so this is the easiest. What you will have is a sub mix of everything plugged into the Samson controllable by the controls for the line in you are using on your second mixer. There are other options which you should be able to discover by reading your manual for the Samson and the manual for the other mixer.

I have a problem with my kitchenaid mixer (latest mixer) I changed the worm gear but I broke the control plate when I was replacing the worm gear So, I bought the part and changed it, but the mixer...

The Service Manual covering mixers with the control plate can be downloaded at:

http://www.kitchenaidparts.eu/documents/pdf/service-manual/classic-svc-manual-new-email-version.pdf

Things to consider:

The brushes have a chamfer on one edge and must be oriented so that the chamfer can pass a small stop in one corner of the brush sleeve.

Are all the wires to the control board connected correctly? The board is marked for the wires colors.

There are instructions in the manual for measuring the stator coils to find out if they are OK or not.

Checking out the armature is another whole thing and you can get information on-line about this (try searching "armature testing"). I really hope that you don't need to go this far.
