Question about Brother MFC-3240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
Anytime I insert a page into the MCF-3240C, the machine fails to grab the paper and start-up. I can send a single page fax, by feeding the page in by hand, and then dialing the phone number and hitting the proper buttons. I have looked under the lid and do not see any obstructions or broken sensors in the paper path.

ok, thank you
you probably had a document that was not using 8.5 x 11 paper or the print settings were the printer to use the manual tray.
