I need an Owners Manual for the Welbilt Dough Maker Model DM2000.

I need an Owners Manual for the Welbilt DoughMaker Model DM2000. Doesn't anyone have one? I have the Easy Baking Plus Pasta Cookbook but can't find my Owners Manual. Please help.

At this time FixYa has yet to allow for the attaching of documents, so the best I can do is advice you on how to locate one for yourself:

Perform a web search using your breadmaker model number (omitting any dashes, slashes, or spaces) + the phrase MANUAL RECIPES COOKBOOK PDF DOWNLOAD

I personally recommend using Google Web Search for this particular type of query.

Note: The model number printed to your instruction manual may be different than the true model number. The model number you should be using for your search is located on the backside or bottom of the unit, either on a printed decal or raised plastic embossment, and usually follows abbreviations such as mdl, mdl no, model, model no, type, style, art, art no, article no, cat, cat no or catalog no.

And a model number is a model number regardless of the make.

Example: Chefmate HB10W is the same exact model as MK Seiko HB10W

The Welbilt model DM2000 is a dough machine. New parts for the machine are no longer available anywhere and used parts are an extremely rare find. Try eBay.

This is what I was able to find in a short 1-minute search using Google:

Unfortunately not all original custom recipes for over 2000 individual breadmakers made over the last 25 years are.

But here's what you can do:

Use your make + your model + your model number (omitting any dashes, slashes, or spaces) + the words MANUAL RECIPES COOKBOOK + the abbreviation PDF to perform an Internet search. Google Web Search is best.

Example: If you owned the Fredericks Home Bakery model KHB-178 you would want to enter your search as:

FREDERICKS HOME BAKERY KHB178 MANUAL RECIPES COOKBOOK PDF

If you're unsure what your model number is:

I need a dough blade for my welbilt bread machine model ABM-100-4

The original replacement paddle has been discontinued.

The NEW substitude paddle they send you will work. It does not have the shorter flat piece your paddle has.
