There is a firmware update for the Lexmark Pro900 Series printer that addresses print quality issues. Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Pro900 Series Firmware Update. After successfully updating your printer, try to print, scan or make a copy again to verify that the problem is fixed. Should the problem continue, it might be a printhead problem. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for further assistance.
Note: Z700/P700 series according to the printer's website are the same maybe that's why your having trouble searching for it because it will only show as z700 series driver but when you check the actual filename it states that its cjrZ700-P700EN.exe
