Question about Lenovo ThinkPad Computers & Internet
After the February update it will not play videos
If you are trying to watch BT Sport videos on your PC and you keep getting a VC019 error message the advice from BT is to clear your cache or use another browser. This doesn't actually work for most people. What does work is to search on your computer - and you will have to select "search for hidden files" - for a file called mspr.hds and delete it. This worked for me on my Lenovo laptop and has worked for many others when all other suggested solutions failed.

Lenovos don't like some updates, I've heard this one before with BT spportapp. android or windows, the answer is the same, undo the last update. only update manually. you choose what you want, not them, they just fill some updates with ads and junk.
In android, just go to manage apps and select troublesome app click it and select undo last update. in windows, goto update manager and rightclick on the update to undo or roll back.
hope this helps Red

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
