Normally there is a switch on the side or the front of the laptop. There might also be a set of keystrokes that you can use to toggle the wireless on and off. Most times you would Press and Hold the FN function key then hit the key (F1 thru F12) that toggles the wireless. The correct key will have LCD/CRT on it or it will have the wireless icon )))). Once you hit the correct sequence of keys the screen will display Wireless On or Wireless Off.

there may be a hardware switch on the front or side of the laptop, in most machines it's on the left side near the front. if you can't find one, look at the fn keys and see if you can find one that has a picture that looks similar to this ((0))
press the fn key and the corresponding f1-f12 key. if that doesn't work
press the windows key and the R key at the same time and type devmgmt.msc and press enter. click network adapters and make sure that the wireless is enabled there. if it isn't there's your problem, if there's an exclamation point or question mark there is either a problem with the device driver or the device itself.
let me know!!

Depending on your model Fujitsu and OS, which you failed to mention. Open the Network Adapter , Via Network Sharing Center, Change Adapter Settings. It could be a switch, or Fn Key? That's the best I can do with the info supplied. The user manual can be found here: http://support.fujitsupc.com/CS/Portal/support.do?srch=GUIDES
