My one headlight is brighter than the other. It just recently happened. Not the fuses or wiring. Any suggestions? 04 Nissan Sentra

hi.

check the bulbs. one may have become loose, and is reflecting differently in the headlight appearing brighter, or you may have a bulb about to burn out.

if you swap the bulbs over, and it is still the same side brighter, then the issue is not the bulb but the wiring. if the brighter side becomes the dimmer side when you swap the bulbs, change both bulbs to make sure.

please feel free to ask for more advice if you need to fault-find on the wiring itself.

hope this helps

I just bought new headlight bulbs but one light is way brighter then the other, my left is brighter then the right and stays dim even when i turn on the night lights. whats the issue?

dear,

There is the issue with the wattage of bulb you have got for the vehcicle.

And also due to a new bulb it shines brighter then the old one.

get the old one also repaced to get the equal brightness

thanx

Do they make brighter bulbs for the LitePro 580 projector

Nope. You can NOT increase brightness of a projector by installing a brighter lamp. Sorry. The only option is replacing the projector with a brighter model.

Brighter headlights?

This is a good article on the future and dangers of "Brighter" headlight. http://blog.mlive.com/chronicle/2008/02/headlights_cause_glare_but_are.html
If your vehicle seems to have less headlight intensity than when it was newer, you might want to check the headlight lense covers. If they are plastic they might be fogged from age. This fog is on the surface and can be removed to make the lense clear again. Auto parts sell a kit to do this with and some car wash or repair shops offer this service as well. It makes a big difference. Hint: to keep from happening again, spray the lense covers with high temp clear coat spray paint.
