SOURCE: GE Profile Arctica PSS25SGNA BS Icemaker is not

The water dispenser and ice maker side run separate sides of the water control valve. Fill ice maker with tap water and let it freeze. If it dumps the ice then does not refill then the water control valve is the problem. I will be back soon with a photo and some links, Thanks, Sea Breeze

SOURCE: Freezer n refrigerator is warm at 78 degrees

If the compressor is running it either has broken valves or the refrigerant has leaked out. Without knowing more than the information you've provided I would start with the basics. Does the fridge have power? Can you hear both the condenser and evaporator fans running? Have you checked the coils under the fridge to see if they are clean?

GE Profile Arctica PS123SGNA every fall the water dispenser stops working although the ice maker continues to work. Any ideas??

Strange, obviously the colder days dont effect the ice harvest so water is still coming in, has to be the water dispenser itself or the water filter may be freezing up stopping the flow.

We have a GE profile ps123sgna bs side by side that is around 10 years old. Niether side is staying cold enough and frost is accumulating in the freezer. Does this model have a defrost timer? If so,...

The defrost timer is part of the control board. If the unit is not defrosting, you will need to replace the board. Here is the part to order.

The part comes with a 365 day, any part, any reason return policy.

Not getting water from dispenser in door

The connector that is leaking is bad causing tubing to come out and leak. The reason it won't flow is it is iced up inside of the door and no, unfortunately, you can't disassemble the door to get to it. It requires a door replacement. The connector is part number WR02X10471 from www.geappliances.com or GE Factory Service Parts at 1-800-626-2002
