SOURCE: Need replacement motor for Hobart M-802 mixer

Hi Dan. Two options. The first is to call Hobart and ask about a temporary replacement mixer while your original motor is being rebuilt. They'll charge you for it, if they will do it at all. If Hobart is doing the rebuilding, they might give you a better price or a free loaner.

Second. eBay often lists hobart motors for sale, you might get lucky and find one quickly. Since you absolutely must have a working mixer for your business, you might consider having a spare motor on hand for just such an occaision.

SOURCE: how do you change the oil in a hobart h 600-dt

there is an oil case drain pulg under the top by the clutch, you can drain the motor housing through there, \
i have used 5w30 in a pinch
but it would be better if you ordered hobart oil from the website
its cheap but very very good

underneath trans. you will find a drain plug remove, drain oil,replace plug ck the sight glass @ this time if not clear would recommend replacing glass remove top cover where the front cover screw theaded into remove that is your fill hole. add new oil till you hit level line in sight glass,reassemble

error 99 stands for communication fault between timer board and the sr drive.there are 5 things that can cause this error.1.rs-485 cable disconnected or malfunction 2.1 con monitordisconnected or malfunction. 3.run/stop wiring disconnected or malfunction. 4.timer board malfunction. 5.sr drive malfunction. hope this helps, dont forget to vote, thanks, monomoy
